Our trail camera does not support connecting to home WiFi, APP connects to camera built-in WiFi within 49 feet, previews and downloads videos or photos, adjusts camera parameters, etc.
What is the video/photo resolution of the trail camera?

The trail camera has 4K video and 64MP photos, equipped with a PIR sensor and 5-shot continuous shooting to record any beautiful scene.
The video shot by the camera cannot be played on Mac?

1.Use Trailcam GO to download MP4 videos (playable directly).

2.Install VLC player & connect camera via USB-C to play AVI directly.

3.Convert AVI to MP4 first using video software.
What if the app can't download photos or videos from your camera?

Please check that you've granted the app the necessary permissions (such as WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and file access).
