Product Description The nesting box made of sturdy fully screwed wood helps colony brooders such as sparrows, tits or related species to raise their offspring protected and safe. The nesting aid for wild birds consists of three individual chambers and thus offers space for a total of three breeding pairs. This is especially important for sparrows as they breed almost exclusively in colonies. All three chambers can be opened and cleaned individually, but the animals should not be disturbed during rearing as they otherwise give up their nest. The roof of the sparrow house is covered with tar felt and thus ensures excellent protection of songbirds from moisture. The bottom of each nesting chamber is also equipped with small air holes through which moisture can escape. At the same time, the air holes are designed so small that predators cannot get inside.
