1)The low beams work once you buy and install the bulbs that you want to have. You can install LED bulbs without issue.

2)The plug that comes with the lights from the factory does not connect to the high beams and therefore a buyer will need to find the high beam power output in their original plug and splice a power line to the power plug of the light housing.
