FAQ:
1. Is there a built-in speaker/microphone？
No, it doesn't built in MIC and amplifier IC,so it has no sounds at all, it needs to connect with your car Bluetooth to let the sounds come out.
2. Car model (some car models displayed on the UI)
The car model is fixed, you could only change the color, and the model is only on a specific UI.
3. Door color:
The color of the car door cannot be modified, it is black no matter when the door is opened or closed.
4. Installed with gaps:
Because some previous customer said that it would be difficult for them to install if it was too tight, so we left a little gaps, please tighten the screws, because the frame is soft and malleable.
5. Third-party software for detecting vehicles:
Please understand that it cannot be compatible with all software, because we cannot make every software to test and adjust.But can make sure it can support factory information.
6. Does it still support music lists and phone books after installation?
Not supported.
7. Screen is it touch?
No, it is not touching screen.
8. How can i make sure if it can be compatible with my car?
It is better to tell seller your car model and produced year, also with car number.
9. Are there installation instructions and instructions in the package?
When you cannot find it, pls ask seller send you the installation video and user manual.
