The dongle isn’t connecting, what should I do?
1. Ensure the Echo is plugged in and shows a steady blue light.
2. Confirm the vehicle ignition is ON.
3. If issues persist, unplug the Echo, fully close the app, turn off the vehicle, and try again.
*Note: Pair Bluetooth only within the app.
I cleared the fault code, but the warning light still comes back on. Why?
Please remember to fix the root issue before erasing a code. If the problem isn’t fully resolved, the warning light will come back on as the system detects the issue again.
