Kids Gloves and Shoes smaller than the smallest size in the size chart is not available.
You will measure your hand or foot not the gloves or shoes so the size of gloves and shoes will be bigger then the size you measured.
In other words you will measure the inner size of gloves and shoes not the outer side. So any return or exchange is NOT ACCEPTABLE with this
reason that (Our gloves or shoes are bigger than the size we measure or told).
