Troubleshooting

1, The first time the card is inserted, the card needs to be formatted for normal use:

a. If not successfully formatted, the mirror dash cam will prompt: SDC Error Please format

b. If the mirror dash cam format failed, you can try to insert the memory card into the computer, the memory card will be formatted into exFAT format, after the success of the mirror dash cam again inserted!

2、After the wiring is right, switch the mirror dash cam always ON/OFF , please follow the steps below to check yourself:

a. Please check whether there are other electronic products in your vehicle.

b. Check whether your vehicle voltage is within 12-24V.

c. You can install an additional ‘rectifier’.

3、It doesn't work after the rear camera, please follow the steps below to check yourself:

a. If the front display is normal, but the rear black screen/only show the reverse line, it may be the fault of the rear, you can find us through Amazon to replace the rear camera with a new one.

b.If the rear screen can be displayed normally, but when reversing, the reversing line is not displayed, please check whether the red wire part of the rear camera is connected with your vehicle's reversing light+ (provided that the power supply of the reversing light+ is not damaged)

c.When the vehicle is reversing, it does not automatically jump to the rear screen (it may be your wiring is wrong, please check the red wire part is in power status with the reversing lights+)
