FAQ

1. The product cannot rotate when pressure is applied, possible reasons:

A. The carbon brush of the product is winding deformation/dislocation or the product is damaged

Before using the polishing machine, it is necessary to carry out a safety inspection on the polishing machine. First, let the polishing machine run idly, and check whether the connecting rod of the grinding wheel motor is fastened. Whether the pads and the backing plate are firmly pasted. If there is any problem, you can send a message to us for a solution.

B. to exert excessive pressure

The main function of the product is polishing, not grinding, so the pressure needs to be controlled. When high pressure is applied that may burn the car paint, the polisher will stop rotating to protect your car paint finish from damage.

When the polishing machine is polishing, try to keep the grinding surface and the polishing pad parallel, with even and light pressure on the polishing pad, avoid increasing the pressure locally, which may cause vibration or not rotate.

2. Cautions in the use of polishing discs/polishing pads

A. Do not use a polishing pad with dust and dirt on it for polishing

B. When the polishing pad with too much fouling cannot be cleaned, it should be replaced in time

C. When replacing &installing the polishing pad, the power must be cut off
